Return Policy
- Silveransh offers a hassle-free return policy valid for 7 days from the date of receiving your order.
- Before returning a damaged or incorrect product, you are required to send us a photograph of the product. Our Quality Control team will assess the product based on the provided photograph.
- Once we receive your email and our Quality Control team authorizes the return, the return process will be initiated.
- We guarantee a full refund for the cost of the returned item, provided it meets our return criteria.
- This policy does not apply to orders canceled after 3 days of placement or to custom-made orders.
- Refunds will only be processed after we receive the returned shipment in its original packaging.
- In the event of genuine quality issues, lost packages in transit, or incorrect items shipped by Silveransh, we will initiate refunds.
Non-Refundable Cases
- No refunds will be given in the following cases:
- Sizing issues (please review our size guides carefully before purchase).
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
- Minor color and design variations due to the handmade and natural stone characteristics.
- If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged.
- Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the products.
Eligibility for Returns
- You have a 7-day window to request a return from the date of receiving your item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To initiate a return, contact us at care@silveransh.com. Items sent back without prior return request approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned unless defective or spurious.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Order Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your order by emailing us at care@silveransh.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
Exchanges
- For faster service, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
- Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- We do not offer product exchanges; however, you can request a return and purchase the desired item with the refunded amount or Silveransh Store Credit issued for your returned product.
Clearance Sale Products
- Clearance sale products are not eligible for return.
Additional Return Information
- Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:
- Product damaged in transit.
- Wrong product shipped by our team.
- Design defect on the product.
- If the product is damaged in transit, we offer free doorstep pickup and a replacement of the same design.
- In the case of a wrong product sent by our team, we arrange for a free doorstep pickup and delivery of the correct design.
- If your order has a design defect, please contact us at info@silveransh.com within 7 days of delivery with the order ID and a clear picture highlighting the defect.
Other Important Information
- Cancellations or address change requests are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Purchases made from other online portals will adhere to the refund and return policies of those portals and must be escalated to them for resolution.
- If a purchase was made using Store credit, the refund will also be made in the same mode.
- We reserve the right to take the final decision on cases where items are missing in return orders or tampering is suspected, based on a 360-degree unpacking video.
