Shipping Schedule
- will not be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays.
- While we strive to expedite product deliveries, there may be circumstances where shipment may take longer. In such cases, we will keep you informed of any delays.
Pre-Orders
- Selected products may be available for pre-order. These products will be labeled as 'Pre-order' on the product page.
- Pre-ordered items will be crafted on demand and will be dispatched within 10 - 12 days from the date of the order.
- If your order includes both pre-ordered and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together. You will receive email notifications at each stage of the order.
- If the delivery timeline does not meet your requirements and you wish to cancel the order or substitute pre-ordered items with in-stock products, please contact us at care@silveransh.com.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for most pincodes, subject to an additional Cash Collection Charge of Rs. 49 per shipment. However, COD is not available for customized orders.
Order Processing and Delivery
- We process orders for in-stock products within 1-3 business days, with delivery to your doorstep expected within 5-7 business days.
- Certain items may have delivery restrictions imposed by courier services, potentially resulting in longer delivery times or order cancellations.
Free Shipping
- We offer FREE shipping for all prepaid domestic orders. Please note that we do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Cut-off Times
- Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines and do not account for potential delays due to payment authorization. Our goal is to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days, except on Indian public holidays where delays may occur.
Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances
- Silveransh is not liable for delays caused by natural calamities or other unforeseen circumstances.
Address Restrictions
- Each order may only be shipped to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to multiple addresses, you must place separate orders.
Shipping Duration
- We strive to deliver each item in your order within 7-10 working days, inclusive of processing time. However, in certain cases, additional time may be required for production or procurement.
- Shipping all items in a single order together may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.
- If your complete order is not delivered within 16 working days, you can request the cancellation of the remaining unshipped portion. Your payment for the unshipped part will be refunded in the manner of your original payment.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
- If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery of the package and immediately contact our help desk at (+91) 77094 25925 or email us at care@silveransh.com, mentioning your order reference number. We will endeavor to arrange a replacement delivery promptly.
Shipment Confirmation and Responsibility
- Upon shipment, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation via WhatsApp, email, and SMS containing your order number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
- Silveransh insures each order during transit until delivery. A signature and proof of ID are required for goods delivered. If you specify a recipient other than yourself for delivery (e.g., as a gift), their signature and photo ID will be accepted as evidence of delivery.
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes related to delivery (e.g., marked as delivered but not received, missing items, incorrect items, empty packets) must be reported to Silveransh within 72 hours of delivery via email or call. Disputes reported after this period will not be entertained. Silveransh's decision in such matters will be final and binding.
Silveransh reserves the right to amend this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. We encourage users and visitors to periodically review this policy for updates or changes.
